Time is changing and WS branded products are becoming more and more satisfied for market need. At present company product is focus to:

(1). Power Supply IC.
Linear power supply: 78Lxx, 79Lxx series
Switching power supply: TL431, TL432 series for voltage reference
Our products of 78L05, TL431 have high quality and low price. Because its excellent performance, relative low price, company hold important status at mainland electronic components market for many years.

(2). Memory IC.
The super low power SRAM manufactured by our company filled the market blank spaces that some Japan or Korea companies dropped out, it has advantage at low price high stability and a variety of products. We have a series of products like WS6116 (16K), WS6264 (64K), WS62256 (256K), WS628128 (1M), WS628512 (4M), etc, with DIP, SOP, TSOP, and STSOP packages. We also design and produce new products fast and flexibly to satisfy customer need.

(3). Display IC used in panel meter
At this field, Low power 31/2 digit A/D converters WS7106, WS7107 have been applied to instrument, automatic control, consume electric etc. widely. It features low price, high anti-jamming ability. We have two products with different price for customer different uses.

(4). Computer Interface IC.
This product is also designed and produced independently for customer need, replace discontinuous product that manufactured by foreign companies. Now the WS82C55A series can replace product that branded by “INTEL, NEC, OKI” etc. mass-applied to keyboard interface of Time Recorder, Tax Paying machine and Gasoline Pump etc.
